Very tasty but let me tell you one story from clinic about Cinnibun...

A patient came in for blood work and we spun down the blood to serparate the cells from the serum (liquid)...after doing that, the liquid portion which is usually clear, looked like solidified butter instead...asked the patient what he had just eaten and voila, the artery clogging effects of Cinnibun...the CO ones are probably the same....
