The agent is not a ticketing agent in the First lounge though, that is on the South Service desk or the Galleries Club.
It is bad out there. Gatwick and Luton all flights suspended now. LHR still open at the moment and the focus for BA is getting the longhauls out. Stanstead is the least affected right now. Poor old Eurostar is still out too so general chaos really. Anyone driving out there be careful, I had a very close shave on my way home this afternoon and am still shaking now!! Some rather nice wine is helping though....
