tried finding the answers in the forum but couldn't so here we go.

I plan on booking flight on LAN using my BA miles.

Q1: One of the routes I wanna fly (EZE-USH) cannot be found online. Does that mean I cannot book it at all or only that Ill have to call to book?

Q2: Are one-way or open-jaw redemptions allowed?

Q3: Will I have to pay fuel surcharge when using miles for LAN flights?
