Pardon me if this has been discussed elsewhere, I could not find any reference to this in the threads I reviewed.

If award mileage comes out of a 1K account, the mileage can be put back w/o any penalty/fees if the booking is canceled.

I was wondering if AA offers similar privilege to EXP members?
