Using the following itinerary should work on JL all the way.
i) LAX-oNRT-ICN//GMP-xKIX-oNRT-LAX

According to some FT on this forum, the open-jaw (denoted by ' // ' ) do not count as a stopover. So, you are actually having stopover in Tokyo twice, and Seoul.

Another itinerary I came up with should work as well by using CX + JL.
ii) LAX- NRT-oTPE-ICN//GMP-xKIX- NRT-LAX

In the above trip, you are having stopover in Taipei, Seoul and in Tokyo either on the outbound or inbound trip.
