Daniel, as a frequent flyer you must know that 26" suitcases are not overhead approved. Your link is to a 26" suitcase. The maximum that is approved in most cases are 22" rollaboards and even some of those won't fit wheels first on many planes. The 26" you posted would theoretically fit but it would occupy the entire bin and you wouldn't be allowed to take it on board in the first place.

You should look at something that has overall measures of 45 linear inches. Preferably the length should not exceed 20" (it will get to 22 with wheels and handle) and the depth should not exceed 10", even better would be a 9" limit, or it gets to thick.

Watch for stuff like outside pockets or a suiter panel if you care for these kinds of things. Also watch for weight. In principle lighter is better but heavier is often sturdier.
