I nominate AMS. End of G pier to end of B pier measures in at 1.13 miles/1.82 km. No shuttles but there are moving walkways.

Don Muang (old BKK) is also a long way from the end of the north terminal to the end of the last pier of the south terminal. 1.09 miles, no shuttles and not sure that there are even moving walkways.
