First day confusion
My son flew home on Thursday on the 6:30 AM flight to MSP. Well, he was supposed to be on the flight. All of the kiosks were down in the new area and there was only one agent handling customers. After waiting in line for a long time as she handled the line, he and the woman (+ kids) were locked out at 30 minutes. They were luckily booked on the next flight but she tried to charge them the $50 fee. As his mother's son he called for a supervisor, and after a conversation that was more heated than it should have been, they waived the fee for all.
You would think for the first day they would have staffed up a little heavier. Maybe they did for the later flights but not for the first ones.
