Not very. You need to book it, the itinerary needs to be validated and fared, etc. When you're doing that, tell whomever is doing the work for you that you want it set up for purchase at YYZ, etc., and it will be. But don't for a minute think that you're just going to walk up to the AA or BA counters in YYZ or wherever and book and buy your ticket. Not going to happen.
