757's don't have the ability to dump fuel. If they had gone out close to maximum weight then it's possible that they would have had to burn a little fuel before landing, but over 2 hours of flying just to get below max landing weight is a lot on a 757

It definitely landed when I said - I was listing to LAX ATC at the time and they were taxiing.
