Whoa. I think this is a bit of a stretch. The previous pages of this thread are anecdotal at best. And a common thread I've seen at FT when it comes to the assessment of good service is "when I get what I want the service is good and when I don't get what I want the service is bad". Definitely yes? No. Maybe perceived but not definite.
