Given that churning appears to be over on the Citi AA cards, I was intrigued to read that the Bank of A Alaska cards can be converted to AA miles.

Can someone tell me:

1) Which card to take? How many Alaska Miles will the bonus be?

2) What is the conversion rate between Alaska and AA?

3) Is there an annual fee for this card?
