I wouldn't mind this so much if the voice recognition software worked properly as noted prior. Just a disaster in implementation. Would also be nice to be able to punch in 1 and move on.

The 'we can now help you with a northwest or delta agent' statement at the beginning is also frustrating as you can't enter anything to skip it.
