I'd like to stay at SGS for a couple of weeks this January. I'm a gold member, have 45k points, and would really like breakfast. What's the best value booking option? I was looking at doing consecutive Z3R / Z6R bookings for a standard room, but am unsure how to upgrade to include the breakfast from there. How many points/day is it to upgrade to a room with breakfast? Alternatively how much does the breakfast itself cost in baht/points?

If it doesnt work out I may stay at Plaza Athenee which has the 1500baht/day upgrade option, but I'd really like to stay at SGS because of the location as it's my first stay in Bangkok.
