UA posts to other programs in 48-hours, though with the time zone that could be 72-hours ex-SYD. I had a UA flight on Tuesday posted on my BD account by Thursday. Note that your flights do not have to post by the end of the year to be counted for status the following year, just the flights must have been taking within this year. It is more likely your AC flights will take longer to post than your UA ones, but if you fly on the 28th, the AC flights will post on the 31st or more likely the 1st. The second sweep will occur at the end of the first week of January, so you should be okay.

Guess the UA flights really made the difference -- almost 20K in SMs -- in your tally this year.
