I managed to book an award similar to this on the phone at the on-line rate - the lady in Kassel was friendly and (I guess) bent the rules for us because of the baby.

Now, my youngest is now 5 years old, so that means this was at least 3 years ago (I can't remember the exact date).

I suggest you phone and ask, and put on your most polite voice. If your call goes to Cape Town then hang up!
