For those of you who want to tell me to go fly some other airlines : well, YES I will. I have qualified as 1K on UA already. I will walk with my feet over to UA, AA and CX. And I will fly CO as little as I could.
Just my 2 cents. And believe me, I have flown enough F and C, to know the difference between good and bad, bad and unacceptable.
Xmas Gringe.
Interesting. I have never flown CO Transpac, but I fly a lot of TATL BF.

I'm certainly no KoolAid drinker but frankly the TATL BF service I have received has always been excellent, occasionally stellar.

My worst experiences with CO have been TransCon, where I found the F/A's often grumpy and occasionally downright mean.

I have not been a major CO frequent flyer for years, but I still fly CO for value and convenience. For me, that translates usually into RJ flights out of EWR (technically that's not even on CO) to places such as YQB and GSP, but I lso fly a fair amount of paid BF TATL.

My issues with CO are the cramped coach cabin and its brutally uncomfortable seats, and the almost always theatrically dreadful performance of the airline anytime something goes wrong, especially with the outrageously unresponsive WeCare department....
