Not sure if the HH T&C makes them immune from a class action law suit.

The question is not about how many points Hilton wants to charge for a room (they can always increase it to reflect the curent value of the points being given out) but about how Hilton has devalue of the points that were previously issued.

Any cash awarded would certainly line the pockets of the lawyers involved, but perhaps such a suit would result in HH increasing the previously held points by 25% to reflect the new value of an award room.

Such a suit may have a chance.
