I am very glad to see this subject getting some attention. I don't have a problem with using the LH Senator lounge - I will take it over most of the US lounges, as far as services provided. But it is ridiculous that one can never find a place to sit. And in fact the lounges are few and VERY far between.

Depending on which gate my connecting flight is departing from, unless I have a long layover it often seems not even worth the hike. So, to me the real question is why - at its mega-hub - does an airline which DOES generally know how to manage lounges well make so little investment in Senator lounges?
