The OP read the T&Cs (or maybe he didn't - and wants to blame somebody else for that as well) when he started out. If he didn't like the terms, he shouldn't have signed on.
So, lets be clear - the OP's complaint is that other party to the agreement did something that the agreement clearly said was allowed. And so now, the OP want's to sue. Go figure....
