Anyone Else Experiencing Difficulties Using an E-Credit Voucher Online?
I was trying to book some new travel for JAN 2010 and was trying to use a e-credit voucher online and noticed the user interface seemed different than what I remembered several months ago. In addition, when I inputted the number it came up as invalid online, but as was later confirmed over the phone it was valid. Probably just more Delta/Northwest IT issues know there are more pressing issues but curious to others experiences.
