What's up with the 800 number????
Obviously the call center is swamped with the big nor'easter, but is this usual..... i've been trying the call center periodically throughout the afternoon as my flights for tomorrow morning have been cancelled and nothing has been rebooked that i can see via continental.com. i've placed a total of 98 phone calls, of which a handful have connected to the automated system... the rest gave me a 'we cannot complete your call at this time' message. when i do get through to the automated system, i give all of my flight information to the computer, it connects me to the call center, then i get a message saying systems are down. am i just calling the wrong numbers or is everyone else experiencing this too?
