(I answered this in the PM, but for the sake of making it public, I'll announce it here).

All PAL 747s, except for RP-C8167 (which is leased), have AVOD in all classes. I have a pertinent trip report on this one (though it's only a domestic hop from Cebu to Manila), so feel free to find it over there.
