Sorry, wasn't clear. I was looking at a previous comment by BKKROP that said he hadn't seen the flight actually being cancelled (TG473) - this was kind of similar to my problem where my booking was "not put into the system" even though I had the confirmation - the most likley people to get bumped are redeemers so you have to be sure of the facts!
