Yes, this is as I recall. Can't understand what Amex had to do with the Int'l promo. I did fly JFK-NRT and was told I was ineligible for that because of the Amex Douple mile promo, and that you could only get one promo, and not both. I was informed this via TTU AND via WP PE line.
