Hi Folks! This is my first time as EXP and I don't have any experience using SWUs. I asked about using them for a trip JFK-EZE and asked about availability for a whole week. The agent told me that there were none available for the whole week but I could go on the waitlist.

My question is... How often do SWUs clear if you are on the waitlist? Is there anyway to know what the odds are? I am willing to do a different routing JFK-DFW-EZE or JFK-MIA-EZE if it would increase my odds, but the agent just said that I'd be waitlisted on those routes too. Anyone with several years of EXP want to share her/his experience?
