Perhaps their occupancy is rather high for that given day and they don't need to lower their rates to get the desired occupancy (RevPar software does all of this for them). I have seen this property go both ways in close to sold out situations (which happens often here). Sometimes they have really low rates to sell the last few rooms and sometimes they have really high rates to sell the last few rooms. They are sold out for New Years Eve by the way.

Edit: It seems they are actually sold out or very close to selling out for the night and are only selling prepaid reservations for a Business room or a Regency Club room at probably close to rack rate.
