Has anyone seen this before?
Trying to book a three segment trip (multi-city itinerary). When I enter the airports and dates, the results page comes up with the usual options, including many Priority Reward options (at a premium number of miles). I am trying to select the non-Priority Reward flights. The flight must be selected in order. Once I select the second leg (regardless of which flights I select for the first and second legs), all non-Priority Reward flights are greyed-out and some Priority Reward flights are greyed-out, and cannot be selected. I can only select Priority Rewards for the third leg. Of course, this means all Star Alliance partner flights are greyed-out for the third leg.
When I try to select a greyed-out option, it states "This flight cannot be combined with your previous selection(s)." The flights are all a week or more apart. I called web-site support, and they agreed it was a valid itinerary, and had no idea why the flights I wanted (ClassicFlight Rewards) were being eliminated from the choices presented.
This is not the same as when one can see flights available in KVS, but Aeroplan chooses not to display them online. That apparently is to encourage you to call in and pay the booking fee. In this case the flights are displayed as an option, but are suddenly withdrawn once the first two legs are selected.
