or $5300/hour for one pax. Those prices don't include taxes, so lets say $6K/hour, AI.

Why do I need a larger jet?

Netjets makes sense when one is traveling with others. E.g. four transcons in F might cost $22K AI, for 10 hours of flying or $2.2K/hour versus $1500/hour for netjets.

Given ua1flyer flies with his fiance and son, at $2K/hour for a party of 3, NetJets might make sense, especially when factoring in the time saved with boarding and de-planing.

However, at 700K BIS per year, ua1flyer is likely flying lots of long hauls. The folks that I know who have a fractional share find that it is cheaper to fly the long hauls in commercial full fare F (about $1K/hour), and then use their fractional for intra-Asia/intra-Europe travel.
