I was also asked about my opinion
I complained about my 'upgrade' as my 2 colleagues who checked in at the same time as me received the same 'upgrade'. The reception manager then reluctantly gave me club access, but as I was only staying one night, and checked in after 8pm, didn't use the lounge, and slept past 12 the next morning so didn't have breakfast!
