You don't need to stay on hold! The old code works fine with the checkin system.

Edit: too bad I didn't read FT earlier! I could have saved you 75 minutes of your life you won't ever get back. I'm astounded WS is still having these hold times, two months after the changeover.
Does it accept the old alphanumeric codes for online checkin? As I cannot do anything with my booking with that old code. For example, check it online, check times, as for pre seat selection. It just bounces and error message back stating that I have an old booking code
