Interesting idea, they can get more revenues as well, I wonder if it would expand to other airlines. It would definately be a good sell for airlines in Japan (JL,NH) and China (CA,CZ,MU) where majority of Japanese and Chinese are heavy smokers.

I know JL and NH used to provide nicotine patches of some sorts on their long haul flights, not sure if they still do now.
