This is indeed an interesting question. AFAIK TAM Mercosur only uses TAM as it's brand name these days while they kept the IATA code and the former organisation structure. There is no distinction between JJ and PZ on the M&M website and I couldn't even find information in the fine print. So it seems to be possible to earn miles with PZ but with M&M you never know…
