So what, for five hours? You're not going to waste a 763 on that because there is less value in the lie-flat bed. It was an A319 when AC last offered the YYT-LHR service, and it makes all kinds of sense today.

If you're not going to sell most of those 25-odd J pods a night because the consumer can't justify the cost, the airline would, at best, fill those seats with upgrades. Why bother?
