I'd also like to echo the positive comments about CO and *A award bookings.
Don't know if it's new software, better training or CO just simply being better integrated into Star than it was into Sky, but I've found the agents to be on their game when it comes to awards. And even when they run into issues, they have seemingly better support mechanisms in place to get problems fixed.
