Some more details on the new HND terminal (courtesy this gargantuan Japanese PDF presentation):

* Will have an international-to-international transfer facility
* Will have 3,800 sq. m. of lounge space -- two airline-operated lounges (probably ANA and JAL) and an airport-operated lounge
* 10 gates, including one A380-compatible gate
* Dedicated monorail and Keikyu stations
