I agree! Having a voice activated phone system is super annoying. Half the time it doesn't work, the other half I'm at the airport! When I'm at the airport, it keeps on moving to another prompt, before I can say 'agent'.
And I seem to get the agents who are so busy to move on to the next call, that they'll send me on to the survey before they're done saying bye.
