I heard that the 9W lounge in BOM is terrible (Oberoi lounge), but can anyone point me in the right direction? Is there a new lounge for 9W yet?

I am very hesitant to book a hotel room for a little over 5 hours! Thanks to those who have done this before who can help.
The domestic 9W lounge is an open plan area above the main terminal area; much like a very large balcony. There are tables and a few sofas but nowhere to rest or sleep.

What time is your onward flight? It might be worth getting a day room at one of the many airport hotels.

Take a look at my recent trip report (link in my sig below) for pics of the 9W lounge.
