Mrs Globalste and I recently changed to the Premium Plus card.

Just come back from a shopping trip in NYC and noticed that every single purchase has an additional ~2% commission charge (its in the expanding "+" on the online statement).

We're a bit confused as we've never been charged this with the regular BA Amex card.

Is this the norm to get charged commission on Premium Plus? Just wondered before I call them up, I dont recall reading it anywhere in the T&Cs...
