I have had the same thing happen to me when trying to book an award ticket on NWA.com...It was a US to Asia ticket using Korea Air...I selected all business class at lowest level for every leg but when I went to confirm everything it moved the flights into coach!

You may want to post this on the Delta.com Bug Reporting sticky thread as well....there is a new Delta IT guy there that is posting and hopefully may comment..
