I can't agree more. Under normal circumstances, I woudn't have paid this. The problem was I needed a 2 bedroom suite in a specific location and had 2 large dogs that were sure to be seen/heard. They had 1 br's for $79 and 2 br's for $349. They offered me as a favor the 2 br for $79 and no waiver or discount on the pet fee since it was outsourced. Sounded very fair to me. Although.....the flat $100 fee would be a good value if dilluted over an extended stay - as opposed to a daily fee.
