An even better analysis would be to compare the renumeration of those people working in the same industry in the same conditions working the same hours at the same location, i.e. Other airline cabin crew working out of LHR.
A simple market evaluation would show that BA cabin crew are actually paid well above 'average'. If you were to drill down deeper Id also make the assumption that comparing cabin crew rank (like for like) would further widen the gap -
this is the ONLY credible commercial benchmark so no more talk about bankers etc etc
