Travel tool for finding airfare to any location for a specific date

I have used "dream maps" and other tools like it at Kayak and FareCompare but I have not been able to find a tool that allows me to search for the following:

I am open to going anywhere from WAS but want to leave Dec 30 or Dec 31. Is there a tool that will return all possible destinations and fares from WAS airports for Dec 30th?
