then by all means a firing would indeed put an end to it happening
as Ive posted a # of times already. It was a free for all with TWA until, they let it be known that they were gonna be Auditing all flights and looking into why a Passenger was UPed and if the Rules were broken that Employee would be out of a job. I can tell you no matter who you were and who you knew and what you were willing to do/give, no way were you able to get an UP unless it was within the Rules.
I dont know if anyone has fied, but many a TWA employee I knew simply werent gonna take a chance. And TWA did do the Audits and it was known when they saw something they didnt like the Employee knew about it.
So if CO follows suit and it stops all the nonsense then bring it on
