Thanks for the replies. The folio categorizes it as "PET CHARGE". They told me at the time the time of booking they have a special outside service that comes in to do a flea/tick treatment and special cleaning. Which makes sense since they didn't seem to have special rooms for pets. And I guess it makes sense you wouldn't get points for a service. As I said in the OP, I'm not going to complain since they gave me a great deal.
