Flying ORD-LHR-TLV on an AONE3 fare. ORD-LHR is in F, but LHR-TLV is in CW becaue it is operated by a three-cabin aircraft (767) on that day. I gather the Concorde Room is the lounge to use. Can it be accessed through the Galleries First lounge, or does one need to use the so-called special door? I'm not familiar with the physical layout.
