The brain capacity of some people on this board amazes me!!

The crew who get stuck will not be on strike 1) They are not allowed to be and 2) They will be happy to fly home if a plane arrives for them to work home on and take you with them.
Therefore if no plane arrives they can not work!!

Maybe BA should cancel flights before the strike if they do not want to pay for crew who are stuck

As a last point I assume you have no idea how little BA pay for these rooms anyways?
