OMG-after trying everyday for at least the last month (gave up after being on hold 60mins each time), going to the airport (where they told me to call the "Super Call Centre") I got through at 6:04am after being on hold for 6 mins! They processed my credit in a couple of minutes even though it was beyond the time frame allowed to apply the credit to an existing booking.
