I am wondering if it is too late in the year to get in on the 15,000 miles bonus offer. I will be in Nashville next week, and would have access to a Suntrust bank. Do people receive a temporary debit card (as some banks do) which could be used while waiting for the permanent card in the mail. How long did it take for the permanent card to arrive?
