There is generally a Concierge on duty in the PC. They sit at the desk to the left immediately after you enter the C2/3 lounge. I'm not sure where in the other PCs. They are generally wearing a gray coat.

The Concierge in the PC is rather new - are they able to assist with Op-Up info? In the past, you had to find the specific Concierge for that flight at the flight's gate.
